Using the search bar in Connections
From the search bar you can find most things in the application. Enter a search phrase in the bar and wait a second for the results. When you do not specify a type of thing you are looking for it will display anything that matches the results. Although the more specific you are the fewer results you will have to look through and the less time the search will take.
Things that cannot be found via search are:
- Anything that has been deleted
- Suspended users
- Template users or draft projects

- Left - Icon which tells you what type thing it is
- Center - The name or title, with additional identifying information if available
- Right - Matching field that was found. Usually when no search category was selected

- Search options
- Plain text. Enter a name, title, label, phrase that you are looking for. It will return any matches that can be found.
- Search by category. Either click one of the options under View All, or type it in yourself to only look through entries from specific content in Connections. Using one or more of these categories will narrow down your search results. You can use these in conjunction with a search phrase and/or other search parameters as long as you leave a space in between each.
